Project: Mevlana Primary School
Improve access to clean water, sanitation and essential food resources
In our visits to Mevlana primary School, we observed that the outside garden fountains were not sanitized enough and we established a filtration system to clean water.
We believe that safe water is essential in our lives and we want to protect our children from the disadvantages of contaminated water.
Our member, who was a mechanical engineer, did the research and her own company placed the filtration system. It worked with Ultraviolet energy and cleaned the micro-organism. We proved it by the analysis of water. We also had an opening in the school garden with the students, members and the school board.
Results
The school garden fountains were proved to be safe with analysis and the children could drink clean water while they were playing .
